I wore this cute summer look to the last day of NYC Popfest. I was short on time, which is when I break out the hats. The whole look felt fresh and super summery. I nabbed this tote from a show the day before. The Spanish pop duo was my favorite of the festival!

It's such a great dress but totally runs small. I forgot this and ordered a beautiful mint version at the Modcloth sale. I was so sad that it's way too small. =(
