Editorial Love: Emma Roberts For Flaunt Magazine

I haven't posted an "Editorial Love" in probably six months, but I am so digging this look from Emma Roberts in Flaunt Magazine. She looks fantastic as a fifties fortune teller, but this sixties school girl vibe is totally on point. They had me at cat-eyes and fall pastels.

Editorial Love: Candy-Sweet Style

I remember seeing this Elle Fanning editorial a while back, but it's back in my life and I'm obsessed all over again. It's perfect in every single way. My hats off to the stylist.

Inspiration of the Week: Valentine's Day

This has basically been my uniform the past couple of days. It just keeps snowing in NYC, but today is Valentine's Day, one of my favorite holidays. Even when I was single, I loved the combo of pink hearts and a mountain of candy. This weekend, plans include a fancy birthday party and a night in with steak and cake (yum!). I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day and enjoy this bit of Pinterest inspiration.

Can you tell I'm ready for spring?!

This is the only picture I got of this look. It was too cold that day. Crazy dayzz of winter.

Inspiration of the Week: Valley of the Dolls

I've been holding onto my paperback of Valley of the Dolls for who knows how long. I always meant to read it, but kept putting it off for some unknown reason. I finally got around to it after being encouraged by Hannah in the comments of her lovely xovain beauty tutorial. I LOVED it obviously. While the book was addictive and wonderful, I can't really say the same about the movie. It kind of lost the magic of their friendship and the believablity of the love stories, but of course, the fashion is wonderful and who doesn't love a good dose of camp?! (Sparkle Neely Sparkle!!!!!!!!). Here's a collection of my favorite Valley of the Dolls photos and a few inspired editorials. I can't help but love that fabulous 60's vibe!
